Returns and Refunds

 

At MDAiRE™, we are dedicated to exceeding the expectations of our customers through exceptional products and dedicated customer service. We stand firmly behind our commitment to provide customers with the most effective and highest quality skincare products available. 


We hope you love our products! If you have any questions or concerns while incorporating our products into your routine please reach out to us at hello@mdaire.com and we are happy to assist you.

All products in unopened, unused retail sizes may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase (date of order placed) for a refund. 

*Please note, refund will exclude all original shipping and handling charges, as well as any costs incurred for return shipping. Refund will only be made to the original credit card used to purchase the returned product *. 



Unfortunately, our products are non-returnable/refundable for international customers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS
  • Prior authorization is required for all returns. You are required to reach out to our team at hello@mdaire.com with the email address and order number to initiate your return. We will issue you a printable return label to use and you will have 10 days to get the returned product in the mail.
  • We only accept the return of products originally purchased through the mdaire.com website. For products purchased from our authorized partners, please contact them directly regarding your return.
  • Returned items are subject to inspection. All printed materials, promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned unaltered or damaged. If you received a free gift with purchase, the gift must be included in the return, otherwise the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund.
  • MDAIRE is not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.
  • Repeated return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds to an individual who has repeatedly returned products.
  • Returns that do not meet all policy criteria will not qualify for a refund.
  • We do not accept any product returns, exchanges, or refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds will exclude all original shipping and handling charges, as well as any costs incurred for return shipping.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective products, we are happy to issue a replacement within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please contact our customer service at hello@mdaire.com so we can resolve this for you promptly. 

Please have your order number, a description of the damage as well as a picture to share with our team.
