We currently ship to all 50 United States. We have recently expanded to shipping to some international countries. The international countries we are shipping to are:

We offer $10.00 standard shipping on all domestic orders. Standard Shipping should arrive in 2-7 business days* 



Need your package sooner? We offer Express shipping domestically for a flat rate of $16.99. Express Shipping should arrive in 3-4 business days depending on location.

MDAiRE Skincare isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages in most cases. We now provide Shipping protection at checkout. This will cover the package if it is lost, stolen or damaged during transit. Please email us at hello@mdaire.com if this has happened. 



All international orders will be charged shipping, duties and taxes at checkout and this will vary based on country of origin.

MDAiRE Skincare doesn’t process orders during holidays or weekends. Shipping and processing may take longer during holiday, promotional periods or high demand periods. Thank you for your patience.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or text at the email address or phone number you provided during checkout containing a link to your tracking information. If you have lost the email or text and/or have further questions about shipping and delivery of your order, please contact us at hello@mdaire.com with your order number so we can assist you.

If your tracking information indicated your package has been delivered, but you are unable to locate it, we ask that you wait at least 3 more business days before reaching out to us. Some carriers will mark packages as delivered before they arrive, and most missing packages will show up within our standard delivery time frame. MDAiRE isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do offer Shipping protection at checkout. This will protect your package in the event that it is lost/stolen/damaged during check out. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We utilize a few different carriers and attempt to get your products to you as soon as possible. Generally, our skincare arrives sooner rather than later, but typically our shipping times are as below:


  • USA Delivery: Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 3-4 business days.
  • International Delivery: 7-30 business days.

Shipping Costs:


  • Domestic Orders: $10.00 for standard shipping, $16.99 for express shipping.
  • International Orders: Shipping, duties, and taxes calculated at checkout based on destination. Please enter your address on the checkout page to know the shipping cost for your chosen destination.


Order Processing Times:


  • Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
  • Processing times may be longer during holiday or promotional periods.
    Tracking Information:

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information via email or SMS for you to monitor the delivery status of your package as it comes to you.


Delayed Packages:


  • While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur occasionally due to factors beyond our control. Please contact our support team if you have concerns about the delay, and we will assist you in tracking your package. Please keep an eye on your tracking and if you're concerned about the delay, just get in touch with our team so we can investigate this for you. We're happy to help and follow this up for you.

Incorrect Addresses:


  • If you realize you've entered an incorrect address during checkout, please notify our support team immediately with your order number and the correct address. We will attempt to intercept the package before it ships and make necessary changes if possible. Once the item has been shipped we are unable to make any changes.
  • If your package is returned to us as undeliverable we will process a refund for you minus the shipping cost.
  • It may also be possible for you to intercept or collect your package. However, if you are unable to do so, MDAIRE will not be able to refund or replace the products. Our team would still like to help you as much as we can, so please do get in touch asap  so that we are aware of the situation and we'll see what we can do.


Missing or Lost Packages:


  • There are several reasons why a package gets lost or can no longer be tracked. If your tracking does not update, just get in touch with our support team so that we can follow this up for you.
  • If the tracking states the package has been delivered to you, but you have not received it, you will need to contact the shipping company that delivered your item and you may also report your missing package. Also, remember to check your own residence and with your neighbors just in case it was left in an unusual place. The tracking will often indicate the location where the package was left. MDAiRE is not able to offer a refund on a package that was delivered, but not received, but we are happy to be involved and please email so that we can also follow this for you.
  • If you selected Shipping Protection at checkout we will be able to file a claim for you with the carrier and reship your products.

Returns & Refunds

Prior authorization is required for all returns. You will reach out to our team at hello@mdaire.com with the email address and order number to initiate your return. We will issue you a printable return label to use and you will have 10 days to get the returned product in the mail.

Once the return products arrive back to our warehouse, please allow 7 business days for processing. We will send an email once the return has been processed/refunded.

Everyone’s skin is unique, and reactions to new products can happen, especially when introducing active ingredients. Redness, dryness, tingling, acne, or breakouts can be typical as your skin adjusts, especially during cellular turnover or when impurities are brought to the surface.

Please ensure you’re using the product as directed and check for compatibility with other products in your routine. Reading the ingredient list can also help identify potential sensitivities. All of our products are formulated with non-comedogenic ingredients and are generally suitable for all skin types.

While we do not accept returns on used products, we’re here to help! Contact us to troubleshoot and find the best solution for your skin.

1. Are discounts retroactive?
We’re unable to apply discounts retroactively. This includes orders placed just before a promotional period begins or after it has ended. To make the most of our deals, we recommend keeping an eye on our website and marketing materials for upcoming promotions.

2. Do promotions apply to subscription purchases?
Some of our promotions are exclusive to one-time purchases and may not apply to subscription-based purchases. These details are typically outlined on our website and in our marketing materials, so you’ll always know where the promotion applies. Many of our discount codes are deactivated during promotional times.

3. Where can I find information about current promotions?
For details on our latest promotions, check our homepage, sign up for email newsletters, or follow us on social media for real-time updates.

All products in unopened, unused retail sizes may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase (date of order placed) for a refund. 

*Please note, refund will exclude all our original shipping and handling charges, restocking fees, as well as any costs incurred for return shipping. Refund will only be made to the original credit card used to purchase the returned product *

Unfortunately, our products are non-returnable/refundable for international customers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS

  • Prior authorization is required for all returns. You are required to reach out to our team at hello@mdaire.com with the email address and order number to initiate your return. We will issue you a printable return label to use and you will have 10 days to get the returned product in the mail.
  • We only accept the return of products originally purchased through the mdaire.com website. For products purchased from our authorized partners, please contact them directly regarding your return.
  • Returned items are subject to inspection. All printed materials, promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned unaltered or damaged. If you received a free gift with purchase, the gift must be included in the return, otherwise the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund.
  • MDAIRE is not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.
  • Repeated return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds to an individual who has repeatedly returned products.
  • Returns that do not meet all policy criteria will not qualify for a refund.
  • We do not accept any product returns or refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds will exclude all our original shipping and handling charges, restocking fees, as well as any costs incurred for return shipping.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We recommend once your products arrive, to check each item to make sure they weren't damaged during the shipping process. If you receive damaged or defective products, we are happy to issue a replacement within 15 daysfrom the date of delivery. Please contact our customer service at hello@mdaire.com so we can resolve this for you promptly. Please have your order number, a description of the damage as well as a picture to share with our team.

All of our products are cruelty free and made of clean ingredients. We don’t use parabens, unnatural fragrance or phthalates in our products. 



It is important to note that everyone’s skin is different. Sometimes reactions to new products can occur. Please know that this is fairly typical when introducing your skin to new products, especially strong active ingredients. When you begin using a new product, or regimen, your skin can acclimate to new ingredients in a variety of ways. Redness, drying of the skin, small bumps, and tingling can all be very common responses to unfamiliar or new ingredients.
Many of our products extract skin impurities and bring them to the surface, encourage cellular turnover, and support your skin in new ways. This can cause breakouts or sensitivity in the beginning stages, but will quickly resolve itself after continued use.

There is also a chance that you could be using the product incorrectly, or need to more slowly introduce the products to your skin.

We do not recommend that you use or RXR Retinol Anti Aging Serum during pregnancy or breast feeding. The rest of our product line SHOULD be considered safe for use during pregnancy, however we HIGHLY advise you to speak to your individual doctor and share the ingredient lists with them. They know you and your babies specific situation and can advise you the best.

Absolutely! We formulated these products to mix and match with other products seamlessly. If you have any questions about your current routine and how to incorporate MDAIRE products please reach out to us at hello@mdaire.com and we can make sure that you aren’t going to be at risk for irritation/sensitivity or over lapping products in a way that may not be as beneficial.

Is it Ok to use your products under makeup and sunscreen?

Absolutely! Here are some helpful hints to avoid pilling while using our products alone or in combination with other skincare produts. 


1. Wait Between Products : Give each product enough time to fully absorb into your skin before applying the next one. This can vary from a few seconds to a couple of minutes depending on the product's texture and composition.

  1. Apply Thinnest to Thickest: Start with the lightest or thinnest products like serums and work your way up to thicker creams or oils. This helps in better absorption and reduces the chances of pilling. Remember we recommend our Vitamin C-FK to be the first product that you layer in your routine.
  2. Less Product: Sometimes, using too much product can cause pilling because the skin can only absorb so much. Often with skincare and makeup, a little often goes a long way.
  3. Pat, Don’t Rub: When applying products, gently pat them into your skin instead of rubbing. This method helps the product absorb better and can prevent pilling.
  4. Exfoliate Regularly: Regular exfoliation removes dead skin cells and creates a smoother surface for product application. However, be careful not to over-exfoliate as it can lead to irritation.
  5. Temperature and Humidity: Environmental factors like high humidity can affect how products absorb into your skin. Adjust your routine as necessary depending on the climate you are in.
  6. Review Your Routine: If pilling continues to be a problem, review your skincare routine to see if you can simplify it or if certain products are necessary. Sometimes, using fewer products can be just as effective and reduce pilling issues.

Why Should I use Vitamin C? How is your product different?

By integrating Vitamin C into your morning routine, you shield your skin from the harmful effects of UV rays and pollution, known for triggering free radicals. Moreover, Vitamin C contributes to skin brightening and rectifies uneven skin tone. Its antioxidant properties combat collagen breakdown, unveiling a revitalized and more youthful complexion.



Our Vitamin C-FK Brightening Complex has a 15% Vitamin C blend with 12.5% L ascorbic acid. L- ascorbic acid is the most impactful derivative for the skin with respect to anti-aging, collagen and elastin synthesis, and cellular renewal. It is hard to formulate and engineer because it is highly labile and unstable. When the correct vehicle delivery systems and stabilization technology is utilized it can have the biggest effect- and that is what we have mastered in our formulation.

Can I still use my Vitamin C if it turns yellow?

Given it’s fragile nature, L-ascorbic acid is prone to oxidation upon exposure to light, heat, or air leading to eventual discoloration over time. Our Vitamin C-FK Brightening Complex starts out as clear or light yellow in color. Over time the color can change to a darker yellow. This means that it was formulated less than a year ago and stored properly. It is still effective and safe to use. Thankfully, Vitamin C maintains much of it’s effectiveness during the inital stages of oxidation, ensuring it remains both beneficial and safe for use. 
If your Vitamin C-FK is dark brown in color it has oxidized and will not be as effective. You will note that there is an expiration date on the bottom of your bottle. This date should be taken into consideration.

Is flaking or irritated skin normal with use of a retinol?

Our RXR Retinol is microencapsulated in a lipid to ensure that it gets to where it needs to in the deeper levels of the skin and is able to do so with minimal irritation for most people. However, every reacts differently to retinol. The first step is to introduce any retinol into your routine slowly and to make sure you are using a skin barrier strengthening hydrator. Slowly increase your usage until you find a schedule that works for you.


Auto Replenishments

When you purchase an auto replenishment you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select at checkout . You will save 10% on all products on auto replenishment. Please note that when you sign up for auto replenishment you are agreeing to a minimum of 2 cycles of billing- your original order and your next delivery.
After that time you will be able to edit your subscription products and delivery schedule at any time. This can be done by logging into your account, or by reaching out to hello@mdaire.com.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries based on the date and frequency you choose. It is important to note that our customer service team doesn’t have access to your payment information and you will have to login into you account if you need to update payment information.
