I don't remember what I paid for shipping protection, but the product is excellent, and I want to ensure it comes safely in my mail. I see a difference in the puffiness under my eyes and believe it works. It was intended for undereye darkness and wrinkles but it does seem to reduce the puffiness, it can not take it away fully because I would need a procedure for that. Thankfully, it does reduce the problem.
